Linda Kalaf - "Style with Confidence"
Leadership to some means taking responsibility; it’s about choice. It’s a responsibility you may choose to give yourself. If so, what is your leadership style? Is your leadership style, visionary, coach, affiliative, democratic, pacesetter or commanding? Is your leadership style effective with the multigenerations in the workplace? Are you being true to your values and living a life of authenticity? True to your heart? True to your north compass? If so, you are more than likely a leader who conveys a high impact leadership style….with confidence. If you are searching for the secrets of leadership, let’s start with looking at your style. Let’s travel this journey together! A journey towards wonderment and exploration. It’s an adventure, and often fun, but it always means responsibility. Be an explorer. Let’s travel together with style and confidence!
