Description

About Roushan & Tony:

Tony and Roushan Christofellis are Arizona entrepreneurs and the founders of Salad and Go and Angie’s.

Their paths to entrepreneurship were anything but traditional. After graduating from Arizona State University, Roushan spent seven years as an elementary school teacher in the Kyrene School District. Tony, a U.S. Marine and ASU graduate, worked in sales and business development while continually exploring ideas for how to disrupt the restaurant industry.

After Tony’s mother, Angela “Angie” Christofellis, suffered her second heart attack before the age of 55, Tony and Roushan began taking a more proactive approach to their own health—and saw an opportunity to make better and healthier food more convenient and affordable. In 2013, they founded Salad and Go, which they built around that mission before exiting the company in 2021.

Following Angie’s passing from pancreatic cancer in 2020, Tony and Roushan set out to honor her legacy with their next venture. They launched Angie’s Lobster in 2022 with an ambitious idea: make luxury foods like Maine lobster and wild-caught seafood affordable to everyone. That single category concept has since evolved into Angie’s—“The New Fast Food”—offering prime proteins and organic and premium ingredients, cooked and made-to-order food, multi category food platform with Crazy Low Prices.

Today, Angie’s has 27 locations across Arizona, Nevada and Texas, with additional locations and markets on the way.
