Maricopa Corporate College's Open-Access Professional Workshops provide flexible, in-person training for individuals looking to build in-demand skills. Participants can register themselves, or employers can enroll one employee or a small group without the commitment of a full custom cohort. 

Human-Centered AI Leadership is a cohort-based professional development course designed for leaders and professionals navigating the growing impact of artificial intelligence in the workplace. Rather than focusing on technical skills or AI tools, the course centers on leadership, decision-making, communication, and the human implications of technological change.

Human-Centered AI Leadership 

This in-person series is held at Maricopa Community Colleges at 8550 S Priest Dr, Tempe, AZ, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the following dates, and includes the following topics: 

• October 1 | Leading When the Rules Are Changing 
• October 8 | Leading Without Perfect Information 
• October 15 | Trust, Communication, and the Human Side of AI 
• October 22 | Translating AI Into Real Work 
• November 5 | The Human Advantage in the Age of AI 

The $600 registration fee includes all five sessions. Discount of $100 per person with registration of three participants or more within the same transaction. 

Earn Professional Development Credits

This Program has been pre-approved for 15 HR (General) credit toward aPHR®, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).

This program is valid for 15 PDCs for the SHRM-CP®️ or SHRM-SCP®️.
