Participants can register themselves, or employers can enroll one employee or a small group without the commitment of a full custom cohort.

This 5-part series supports new managers, emerging leaders, and high-potential professionals in strengthening communication, emotional intelligence, effective decision-making, conflict resolution, and team dynamics. Each session emphasizes practical tools leaders can apply immediately in the workplace. 

This in-person series is held at Maricopa Community Colleges District Office at 8550 S Priest Dr, Tempe, AZ 85284, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. on the following Thursdays, and includes the following topics: 

• October 1 | Effective Communication 
• October 8 | Emotional Intelligence 
• October 15 | Effective Decision-Making 
• October 22 | Conflict Resolution 
• October 29 | Team Dynamics

The $800 registration fee includes all five sessions. Discount of $100 per person with registration of three participants or more within the same transaction. 

Earn Professional Development Credits 

This Program has been pre-approved for 20 HR (Business) credit toward aPHR®️, aPHRi™️, PHR®️, PHRca®️, SPHR®️, GPHR®️, PHRi™️ and SPHRi™️ recertification through HR Certification Institute®️ (HRCI®️).
