New Pathways for Youth (NPFY) is a Phoenix-based nonprofit dedicated to helping teens build the skills, confidence, and support system they need to successfully transition into adulthood. Through long-term mentoring and skill-building programs, NPFY connects youth with caring adults who help them navigate challenges, set goals, and envision a positive future.
"Launch" is NPFY’s 3.5-day immersive experience (held quarterly) where teens and mentor candidates build real connections and are thoughtfully matched to begin their journey together.
A Launch Meal Sponsorship is a meaningful way for your business to be part of this transformational moment.
Sponsorship Investment: $1,000
Directly supports:
- Meal costs for participants
- Program operations that ensure a safe, welcoming, and impactful Launch experience
Includes:
- Employee Volunteer Opportunity: 3-5 team members join onsite to serve a meal to the youth, mentors, staff and/or caretakers
- Recognition in event-related social media posts (~8000 followers) and in NPFY's e-newsletter (~5000 constituents)
