Be part of the crew that makes Arizona’s biggest celebration of local happen!

Celebrating the Copper State’s finest flavors and showcasing 200+ local vendors, the 20th annual Arizona Fall Fest is on Saturday, November 8, 2025.

Volunteer shifts range from early morning all the way through 6:00 p.m. and include Setup, Beverage Garden Ticket Sales, Beverage Garden Greeter, General Event Support, and Toward Zero Waste sustainability superheroes!

Volunteers are vital to the event’s success and are the heart of the festival.

Each volunteer will receive an exclusive Fall Festival T-shirt. If you are 21 years and older, you will receive 5 Beverage Garden sample tickets (early morning shifts receive a few extra tickets and full-day volunteers receive a sack lunch).

Most shifts are 3 hours long and you are welcome to enjoy the festival before and/or after your shift.
