Mike Noble (Chief of Research & Managing Partner, OH Predictive Insights)

Mike Noble is the Chief of Research & Managing Partner of OH Predictive Insights (OHPI), a sister company of Arizona’s largest advertising agency, OH Partners. Noble is a thought leader on public opinion tracking and analysis and is known for being a trailblazer in the rapidly changing fields of predictive insights and market research.

Kristine Kassel (Owner, Benefits by Design, Inc.)

Kristine is the owner of Benefits by Design, Inc. in Tempe, Arizona for 25 years. Benefits by Design is an Employee Benefits Brokerage Agency that represents many small businesses with their employee benefit choices in Arizona. Kristine is very active in her community and has chaired several boards such as the Arizona Small Business Association, Tempe Chamber, NAWBO Phoenix Chapter, Gabriel’s Angels, Arizona Health Underwriters Association and currently is the Chair for the ASU National Alumni Association and on the Board of Trustees. She has also won several awards in the community and in her field of expertise. She participated in Class 26 of Tempe Leadership!!

Kevin Schwoerer (Corporate Responsibility Manager, State Farm )

Kevin has been with State Farm for 17 years and has worked in a number of areas including Claims, the Customer Care Center and Human Resources. Over the past several years, he has served as a Corporate Responsibility Manager with the local marinalink™ team at State Farm’s Marina Heights campus. marinalink™ is a team focused on supporting employee engagement and State Farm’s local philanthropic and community involvement.
