Valerie Adee (pronounced "eighty") worked at Firestone Walker as an R&D brewer in Southern CA, where she learned the craft from some of the best in the world. Our menu has been tweaked and it's 95% complete, and beware...it's absolutely AMAZING! 

So raise a (correctly poured and beer-clean) glass to toast this roller-coaster-ride-of-a-journey to open. It's right around the corner and we can't wait to share our beautiful space with you, your family, friends old and new...and your fur babies.
