About Six Byrd Cider:

Six Byrd Cider Co., based in Tempe, AZ, crafts premium, small-batch hard ciders ranging from dry to semi-sweet, using unique blends of fruit, floral, and herbal ingredients. Our naturally gluten-free ciders, made with simple, high-quality ingredients, offer bold flavors and balanced sweetness, redefining cider as a premium craft beverage. We ferment a versatile apple wine base, blending culinary and desert apples from the Pacific Northwest with spices, teas, and hops for diverse offerings. Currently self-distributing to over 75 Arizona bars, restaurants, and bottle shops, we operate a taproom and kitchen in Arcadia and will open a new production and retail location in May 2025 at 1920 E University Dr. #101, Tempe, to expand production, host events, and offer cidery tours.
