Veteran Employer Workforce Training

Description

The Tempe Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee is excited to host a Veteran Employer Workforce Training on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, in partnership with the City of Tempe. The training will include a presentation by Abe McCann, Veteran Services Coordinator for the City of Tempe, followed by a panel discussion to share best practices with hiring veterans. The goal of this event is to help employers learn about how to reach veterans looking for employment opportunities, the benefits of hiring veterans, best practices, as well as helpful tools & resources.
