Culdesac is the first car-free neighborhood built from scratch in the U.S. As a post-car real estate developer, Culdesac is co-headquartered in San Francisco, CA and Tempe, AZ. The Culdesac Tempe neighborhood will be located at the Smith/Martin-Apache Light Rail station with 1,000 residents and a dozen local businesses, including a restaurant, grocery, co-working space, and coffee shop.
